Directions for use
For initial use simply press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Make sure to shake well before every use and carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.

Will this Turmeric Oral Spray cause staining?
Staining is reduced thanks to a process called encapsulation which makes the turmeric molecules more bioavailable. However, as turmeric is a bright orange spice staining is still a possibility so it is recommended that contact with clothes and other surfaces is avoided when using the spray.
To avoid discolouration in the mouth and teeth, try spraying directly onto the back of the inner cheek, near the molars, or use before brushing your teeth. If it does occur though it will not last long.
