Price Match Guarantee

PlantX is committed to providing our customers with all plant-based products at the best possible prices. Our e-commerce store will match the prices of other e-commerce vegan grocery stores on the same brand name products.

Qualifications:

• We only match prices of direct competitors in the e-commerce space. 
• A competitor is defined as an e-commerce vegan grocery store that functions in a similar way to PlantX. This means our competitors are other e-commerce stores that retail direct to consumer.
• We match the final price of an item as it appears in your shopping cart – after shipping and taxes have been calculated.
• Price Match Guarantee is valid only while supplies last.
• Product needs to have the following matched up to PlantX: Identical brand, product type, packaging size, manufacturer, and UPC number.
• For Price Match to work, PlantX will have to validate the Competitors’ price via ad or domain.
• The price we are matching must be current.

Price Match Guarantee Does not Work If:

• The price is on a different sized product, different flavor, different name of product, or different manufacturer.
• The price is based on a promotion such as BOGO (Buy One Get One), daily specials, or flash sales.
• The price is only available to select groups of customers including Membership Program members or loyalty offers.
