Product Overview

There’s nothing quite like a warm, comforting bowl of porridge oats on a cold winter's morning. Amisa’s Organic Gluten-free Pure Porridge Oats not only gets you ready for the day but tastes absolutely delicious while doing it.

Made with stunning organic, gluten-free ingredients, these wholegrain oats are reassuringly batch tested for gluten using the ELISA method. They are also an incredible source of fibre; a whopping 9.7 grams per 100 grams.

Whether you enjoy it the traditional way or decide to add them to a delicious bake, you will never regret eating these amazing porridge oats.

To prepare

Hob: Put 50g Amisa oats in a saucepan, pour in 350ml of water or any milk alternative. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time.

Microwave: Simply put the same ingredients in a microwavable bowl, then microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before eating. Feel free to add your preferred sweetener.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is whole grain better than regular?

Primarily because they are overall much better for your health. In fact, introducing more wholegrain into your diet has been linked to various health benefits, such as a lower risk of chronic diseases like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, cancers and more. The reason for this is that whole grains are processed minimally and therefore are far more nutritious.

Very good porridge. You get a lot in the box, and it tastes better than most supermarkets own brand
