How do I make vegan honey and mustard sausages with Gosh! Veggie Sausages with Sage & Black Pepper?

We love using Gosh! Veggie Cocktail Sausages with Sage & Black Pepper to make vegan honey and mustard style sausages – they’re perfect to have out buffet-style at your next soiree.

To make enough for 8-12 people you will need 2 packs Gosh! Veggie Cocktail Sausages with Sage & Black Pepper; 2 tbsp Clearspring Organic Sunflower Frying Oil; 3 tbsp Biona Organic Dark Agave Syrup; and 3 tbsp Biona Organic Wholegrain Mustard.

Preheat the oven to 200˚C. Pour the oil into a large roasting tray and heat the oil in the oven for 3 or 4 minutes. Once the oil is warm, place the Gosh! Veggie Cocktail Sausages into the roasting dish and toss around so that they are coated in oil. Then roast the vegan sausages until they brown (about 15 minutes).

While the sausages are roasting mix the agave syrup and mustard together in a bowl. Once the sausages are cooked, drain them of excess oil using kitchen roll and put them into a clean roasting tray. Next, pour the agave and mustard mixture over the sausages, stir and shake until totally coated. Then put the coated sausages back in the oven for 5 minutes, turning over halfway through.
